If we change our hotel mid-stay, do bell services take our bags out of our rooms or do we need to deliver to bell services ourselves? Also, can you use the Beach Club pool the day of your check-in (at BC) even if your room is not ready yet? thanks

    Hi Stacey!

When switching resorts, you can call Bell Services from your room phone by selecting the pre-programmed option. Usually a bell services cast member will arrive at your room within a few minutes to collect your bags. If you're checking out at a very busy time, it may take slightly longer so be sure to budget some time to have your bags picked up.

On the day of your check-in you are welcome to use the pool and any amenities at your Disney resort. Before you do so, be sure to check-in at the front desk where you will be given your resort keys (and meal credits if you've purchased a dining plan). While your room may not be ready, you will be able to enjoy the resort while waiting.

The Beach Club has a convenient restroom and changing area very close to the pool complex. Towels are provided at the pool as well, so no need to worry!

If your room was not ready when you checked-in, you will be contacted by either phone or text message when it becomes available.

I hope this helps! Enjoy your trip!
