Bonjour, Emily!
We're so glad you stopped by planDisney today. You'll be Emily in Paris before you know it (sorry, I couldn't resist), and I'm happy to help you prepare for a most magical visit.
While you can
add experiences to your booking online, you'll need to contact the phone number included in your booking email for other requests. I realize international calls can be tricky in terms of cost and time zone differences, so I reached out to a Disneyland Paris Dream Team member via the online chat to see if there was another option. She indicated that you can change or cancel your Hotel + Tickets package with the guest care team by phone
or via social media. Head to
Disneyland Paris' official Instagram page (or Facebook) and utilize the message feature for assistance if a phone call isn't convenient. I'm hoping you can get the details sorted without calling in Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather or relying on magical spells.
My family last experienced
Disneyland Paris in 2024, and I'm still thinking about the first moment we all laid eyes on the spectacular
Sleeping Beauty Castle. She's gorgeous, to say the least, and the added walk-through experience and
dragon lurking below are not to be missed. I highly recommend taking in the view with a glass of champagne in hand!
As I'm sure you've discovered,
Disneyland Park has many of the classic attractions we know and love from the US parks, with plenty of added charm and unique twists. You won't want to miss Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain, both of which exceed the US versions in my humble opinion, and I'm sure you'll enjoy seeing familiar US sites on
"it's a small world." Pirates of the Caribbean and Phantom Manor are also worth exploring, as the story lines are quite different.
But the magic doesn't stop at Disneyland Park!
Disney Adventure World recently went through a major transformation, and there's so much to explore.
Raiponce Tangled Spin and
World of Frozen are beckoning me back as I type, and I hope to return one day to experience favorites from our last visit like Crush's Coaster and a meal at Bistrot Chez Rémy. I also recommend watching
Mickey and the Magician if time allows.
Emily, I hope this helped. If you have any additional questions, please be our guest at planDisney again. We're always ready to assist!
Magic and memories,
Amy
