    I want to change my email to login to My Disney Experience, however I can’t access my old email account! How can I change it?

    Welcome to planDisney. If you have a Walt Disney World vacation question, we are sure to have a Walt Disney World vacation experienced answer.     My Disney Experience is a valuable vacation information hub and not being able to recover your information, because you no longer have access to your old email, is frustrating. I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member, in web support, to assist you with this conundrum by calling (407) 939-4357. Phone lines open up at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time. With a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your My Disney Experience will soon be back in your control. Cast Members are currently experiencing a high call volume so I recommend dialing when phone lines open.
