Hello Meredith,
We're glad to see you back with another question! I'm so sorry to hear your last trip was canceled but I'm excited you're hoping to visit this summer. My own family is in the process of rescheduling a few trips we couldn't take in 2020 so I understand wanting to make the most of your purchase.
The
value of unused, expired theme park tickets can typically be applied to the purchase of new tickets as long as they are of equal or greater value. I don't think you'll be able to apply the value of tickets toward a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, but I recommend
contacting a Cast Member by phone to review your options. They may be able to offer accommodation based on the circumstances, but I can't make any guarantees.
If you aren't able to apply the ticket value to a Vacation Package you should still be able to save the two tickets for a future visit. Cast Members can assist in purchasing your new tickets and can offer guidance on how to reassign the remaining unused tickets to another guest for this or a future visit.
I also recommend reviewing the current
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page to see if any offers match your travel dates. There is a
Canada Resident Ticket Offer for visits through September 28, that you might be able to modify into. You may also find a promotion for a resort stay as well depending on when you prefer to visit. Currently, discounted stays of 5 nights or longer are available at select resorts between March 25 - July 7. I'm hopeful you'll find an offer that's practically perfect for your travel party.
Meredith, there is so much magic waiting for you this summer. From EPCOT Festivals to the opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure, I just know you'll find the perfect reason to visit. If we can answer any additional questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to come back and see us again.
Magic and memories,
Amy
