Hello Lucy!
My Disney Experience is your key to keeping all your vacation plans organized and in one location! When my kids were little I used to create and carry a spreadsheet with me on vacation with our reservations and daily itinerary, but My Disney Experience has taken care of all of that for me!
We often have more than one trip booked at a time, so I think I can help you out. First, make sure the new booking has been linked to your My Disney Experience Account. Sometimes, if you book directly with Disney your trip will show up autoMagically. But this isn't the case for all bookings. I am a
Disney Vacation Club Member, and I always need to add my reservation number manually. Using either the desktop version or the app, you will need to add your resort reservation number. I think it is easier on the website version.
Once your reservation is linked, it should always appear in My Disney Experience whether you are on the app or the website. However, all your visits will appear in chronological order. This means that you will always see your trip for this year appear first. You’ll need to keep scrolling down until you come to your visit for the following year. Right now I am linked as friends with my fabulous fellow Panelist Tracy, and I have to scroll through all her lovely reservations for this weekend’s grand opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge before I get to my reservation for November. I am just a little bit jealous.
I hope this helps, Lucy. If you are continuing to have issues, I have found the Cast Members who help with My Disney Experience technical issues to be very helpful. If you have tried my suggestions and are still having a problem, I would call them. There is a
number for Guests from the UK so you can avoid an international call. I hope this helps. Please let us know what additional questions we can help with!
Happy Planning!
