Tie a napkin 'round your neck, Amie, and welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to see you're at
Walt Disney World Resort AND have the
dining plan. This is shaping up to be a fantastic visit. Let's look at resetting your account's Personal Identification Number (PIN) so you can make those charges at restaurants and more.
Your PIN is associated with your account for all charges to the payment method you've linked to your Disney Resort Hotel stay. You'll probably be asked to enter this number on a keypad if you purchase merchandise, food, or redeem dining plan credits with your
MagicBand. It sounds like you've forgotten yours, and I understand that. I do NOT have a head for numbers! But no worries, Amie. I have a couple of suggestions for updating your PIN.
Since you're on your trip, let's walk through the steps to change your PIN on your My Disney Experience
mobile app. Tap the three lines in the lower right to go to the welcome screen. Scroll to select "MagicBands & Cards." On the next screen, tap the three dots in the top right next to your name. A menu should pop up from the bottom with an option to Reset your PIN. Tap "Reset" and follow the prompts to choose a new, easy-to-remember PIN.
You can also stop by the
front desk at your Disney Resort Hotel or any
Guest Relations location at the theme parks or Disney Springs for help resetting your PIN. I love the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs because I can take care of business and do some shopping and snacking! Gideon's Bakehouse is a must-do treat for my family. I can't wait to try the
Original Peanut Butter Cold Brew next month.
Amie, I hope your visit is a culinary cabaret! Please
stop by planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
