Can I change the 4-day park ticket I've purchased to a 5-day? How do I do that in advance?

    Hi Kyndra,

Welcome back to planDisney! Do you know what is better than 4 days at Disney World? You guessed it, 5. I am so glad that you were able to make your plans work to accommodate an extra day of magic. Luckily, it is super easy to upgrade those 4-day theme park tickets.

The easiest way to upgrade tickets is directly in the My Disney Experience app. You will need to make sure that all of your tickets have been linked to your account first. To find your available tickets, click on the three lines at the bottom right of the app and then navigate to "My Tickets & Passes" at the top of the page. You should see all of your purchased tickets here. If any tickets are missing, click the + at the top right and "Link Tickets & Passes." Once all your tickets have been linked, utilize the "Upgrade Pass" prompt below each ticket to add additional days.

If you have any issues with upgrading your tickets in the app, please call the Existing Tickets phone line and a cast member can help you with any ticket changes you need to make. You also have the option to upgrade your tickets while you are in the theme parks at the Guest Services centers located at each of the theme park entrances. If you find you want a little more flexibility with your tickets halfway through your vacation, Guest Services can also help you add the Park Hopper Option which allows you to visit as many theme parks as you want each day.

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
