Hello Moshgan! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
I am sorry to hear you are having tech troubles. I'll do my best to help you sort through your options.
If you need to change the date of your
Disney Park Pass reservation for
Disney's Hollywood Studios, you'll need to cancel your original Disney Park Pass and then make a new reservation for your new date. Be sure to check the
availability calendar to confirm your chosen park is available on your selected date. To cancel your Disney Park Pass, locate your reservation under "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience website.
Since I have no way of knowing what type of tickets you hold, it is a little tricky for me to advise you on how to change the date of your ticket. Multi-day tickets have a
usage period during which all admissions days on the ticket must be used. If you need to change the start date of your ticket, you may be able to modify your ticket using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Since it sounds like this may not be working for you, I recommend reaching out to your original booking agent for assistance. If you purchased your tickets through the Walt Disney World website, try using the chat feature or email on the
Help Center contact page. You can also modify your tickets in person at any
Guest Relations location or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
Fingers crossed that you are able to adjust your ticket date and be on your way to enjoying all the magic of the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! If I misunderstood your question, please feel free to write us back.
