    How do I change the date on my ticket

    Hi Emily!

    Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

    You can easily change the date of your tickets via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Follow these steps:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App
    2. From the Main Menu, click "Tickets and Passes"
    3. Your tickets will be listed; Click on the ticket and follow the prompts to change the dates
    4. Prices on tickets can vary depending upon the dates, so you will follow the steps to pay the difference (if applicable) and check-out


    Make sure that you complete these steps at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled ticket date.
