    How can I change the date of my ticket?

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to hear that you are looking forward to a Walt Disney World vacation! With the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT this summer, there are even MORE exciting attractions for the thrill seekers in your family!

    Rebeca, it is quite easy to change the dates of your ticket. You will need to open your My Disney Experience account and click on ‘My Plans.’ From there you can click on ‘Tickets & Memory Maker.’ You will then select ‘Change Tickets,’ where you can modify your ticket type and select new dates. Bear in mind that tickets utilize date-based pricing, and you may need to pay an additional charge depending on the new dates selected. Once you have completed following the prompts, your new ticket dates should reflect on your MDE account on the website as well as sync to the app. If you have difficulty, you can always reach out to a Cast Member at Guest Services to assist you in completing the process.
