Hey there, Lisa!
Lisa, I have purchased tickets through Tickets at Work before, so I am familiar with the process and more than happy to help you navigate it.
Lisa, when you log into your
My Disney Experience Account you should see your tickets by going to "My Plans" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker." Directly beneath your
tickets, you will see a blue button that says "Change Ticket." Here you can reselect your dates, and pay the difference in price, if applicable.
Now, when I have purchased tickets through Tickets at Work in the past, I had to call (407) 939-5277 to have the dates changed, so if you do not see the blue button to change your ticket, this is what you will need to do instead.
After you change the date of your tickets, you will then need to update your
Disney Park Pass system reservation. What you will want to do first is to check the
availability calendar to ensure that the theme park you wish to visit still has availability.
If you have an existing Disney Park Pass system reservation, you will need to cancel it in your My Disney Experience Account. You can do this by going to "My Plans" and then "View Details" next to your Disney Park Pass system reservation that you wish to change. Beneath the date of your reservation, you should see a blue button that says "Cancel Reservation."
After you cancel your existing reservation, immediately go back a create a new Disney Park Pass system reservation for your desired park.
I hope that this helped, Lisa. Please let us know if we can help you decide where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort.
Happy planning!
Sarah B.
