Welcome to planDisney! While Disney World tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you can adjust your ticket dates if needed. There’s an easy process and clear policy in place for
changing your ticket dates if your plans shift or you find a better time to visit.
To get started, simply login to your
My Disney Experience account. Once you are logged in, go to the "Tickets and Passes" section. Click on the ticket you'd like to modify and select "Change Ticket." A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose new dates, and you’ll follow the steps to complete the checkout process. You can only make date changes on tickets that have not been redeemed at a theme park.
Please note that ticket prices for your new dates may be higher, and you’ll need to pay the difference when you check out. If the ticket prices are lower, you will not receive a refund. There is no change fee for the simple act of moving tickets, and the only thing you will be charged for is the difference in ticket price. Since Disney World date-based tickets are priced based on availability and seasonal attendance, if you choose to move your tickets to a busier date range, there will be increased costs due at check-out.
