Lauren from IL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do i change the date on my exsisting tickets.

Welcome to planDisney, Lauren! You’re going to have the most wonderful Springtime visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question!

We have a few things we can do, to figure this out. First, I suggest logging in to your My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you change those dates!

It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.

Lauren, once you have your tickets organized, you will need to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party, via your My Disney Experience account. You can even do it right from the palm of your hand, on your My Disney Experience app on your smartphone.

I just hope you have a day planned to visit EPCOT. I absolutely love visiting during the months of April and May for the Taste of EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival! The park is in full bloom with beautiful character themed topiaries. Cast Members are also hard at work, turning out delicious food in the many outdoor kitchens.

Don’t forget to take a peek at the Disney Parks Blog to read the “Foodie Guide” before you arrive. I’m sure you will find lots of must-have bites to try!

I hope this information is helpful. For a look at some of our favorite planning tips, please visit our Panel Extras. Remember, you can always come back to see us if you have any more questions.

    Have a magical visit!
