Hi there, Terri!
It's great to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I know you must be very excited to celebrate the merriest time of the yEAR at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" this December. I feel like the
holiday offerings at the Walt Disney World Resort get better and better each yEAR. I'm sure your itinerary is full of special ways to enjoy the holiday season on your upcoming vacation. I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the most official up-to-date information about any new offerings coming in 2019.
Terri, I'm sorry to hEAR you are having difficulty changing your credit card in your
My Disney Experience account. I recently had to update an expired card, so I'm happy to pass along what worked for me. I completely understand not wanting to lose any plans you've already reserved!
First, navigate to "Plans and Tickets" in your My Disney Experience account. Select "Update Resort Hotel Check-In" under the reservation information. Next, select your reservation number and look for "Online Check-In Services." In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on "Show Details." A drop down will appear with the details of your upcoming reservation, including the credit card information you have on file. You'll now want to select "Update Payment Method." After typing in your new credit card information, select the box underneath it that says, "Save this credit card to my profile." This should replace the old card once you hit "Done."
I hope taking these steps will solve the problem, Terri. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are always happy to help.
Nancy
