Can I change the credit card info I have stored in my account without it affecting my dining reservations? Thanks

Hi, Kim! This is a very interesting question and I am so glad you brought it to us! There is great news to share with you. If at any time you need to modify the payment source stored in your My Disney Experience account, feel free to go ahead and do so. This will not lead to your Advance Dining Reservations being canceled.

Actually, I have had to do this very thing this year! I was unfortunately at the receiving end of identity theft and had someone running rampant with my credit cards. Definitely not a magical moment! All of my accounts had to be canceled and new cards were issued to me. Since I had previously made our Advance Dining Reservations for our upcoming holiday plans at Walt Disney World Resort, I called in and was assured there would be no issue adding a new credit card or editing the one in my account. Since I had a prime Be Our Guest Restaurant dinner, this was a weight off my shoulders!

I hope my experience eases your mind, Kim. If you need a bit of assistance adding your new card, you are welcome to give a My Disney Experience Cast Member a call. We would love to help you plan more of your upcoming stay, so please feel free to stop by again if you have more questions. Hope to see ya real soon!
