    how to change birthday on disney account

    Welcome to planDisney I am happy to direct you down the right path for updating your birthday in your My Disney Experience profile. While the My Disney Experience account holder is able to update those they "manage" on their Family and Friends list, to modify YOUR birthday you must call (407) 939-4357. Here a Cast Member can access your account and make the necessary changes you requested. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and thus I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST.
