    how do i change an age and birthday celebration for restaurants?

    Ahoy, Kay!

    It is wonderful to hEAR from you again. I can't think of a better place to celebrate a birthday than on a Disney ship. I've been lucky enough to experience two magical birthdays at sea and definitely felt the pixie dust by being onboard Disney Cruise Line for my special days. Your servers will want to recognize the birthday in your group, so I suggest giving Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to have the age corrected and date you want the birthday celebrated on noted in your cruise reservation. And once aboard, you may want to mention the day you chose to your dining team. On the night selected, they will bring a special dessert and sing to the birthday sailor! Cakes are also available for purchase and can be pre-ordered up to seven days prior to departure. The options and pricing are available on the downloadable order form located in the Gift and Amenities Section on the Disney Cruise Line website.

    Kay, when I cruised for my birthday, I made sure to wEAR my Disney Cruise Line birthday button throughout the sailing. It made me feel extra-special when members of the Cast and Crew and fellow Guests wished me well. (Buttons can be picked up at Guest Services once you are onboard.) I was also surprised with the Birthday Theme Cabin Decorations by some Disney loving friends. This festive decor put a huge smile on my face every time I entered our room. I made sure to pack it up carefully as I still bring it out to celebrate family birthdays at home! If you are interested in a little extra pixie dust for your stateroom, look in the Gift and Amenities section I mentioned above for what's available on your sailing.
