    How can I change my account name on Disney world app? I used my nickname instead of the name on ID when I signed up an account .

    Hi Catherine, welcome to planDisney!

    You should be able to update your name in your My Disney Experience account.  You can do this by following the steps below:

    From your computer:

    • Click on the "Profile" link under My Disney Experience.
    • Click on "Account Settings."
    • Scroll down to the "Personal Information" section and make the appropriate updates.
    • Scroll down to the bottom and click "Done."
    From the My Disney Experience Mobile App:

    • Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    • Scroll down and press "My Profile."
    • Press "Account Settings" and sign in, if prompted.
    • Scroll down to the "Personal Information" section and make the appropriate updates.
    • Scroll down to the bottom and press "Done."
    By performing these steps, you will ensure that future reservations will be made with the correct name.  However, if you have a current reservation, your name may not be updated in that reservation. If this is the case, I would suggest you contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance.
