Any chance you can tell me where I can get gluten free beignets? We had them at POFQ years ago, and they were amazing!

Laissez bon temps rouler, Kerry, and welcome to planDisney! You're in the middle of a Walt Disney World Resort party, New Orleans style, so let's talk about one of my favorite sweet treats: beignets!

Your best bet for gluten-free beignets is Scat Cat's Club—Café at Port Orleans Resort—French Quarter. Some pals of mine were there a few days ago and said even the seasonal options can often be made gluten-free. Be sure to ask about ingredients before you place your order, and the Cast Members will gladly let you know the current options.

Scat Cat's Club - Lounge offers Baton Rouge Beignets. These sweet treats contain your choice of liqueur to kick the party up a notch. I'm happy to report that they can typically be made gluten-free, as well. Remember that ingredients and dishes change often, so I always double-check every visit. Disney is fabulous at offering allergy-friendly options!

For future visits, please feel free to contact the Special Dietary Requests team a few days before your visit. They can guide you toward the best selections and advise you on eating throughout Walt Disney World. My family eats plant-based, so I've become adept at asking questions to ensure we know the ingredients.

Kerry, I hope your visit is full of delicious food and magical memories. Please stop by planDisney anytime. We love to let the good times roll!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
