    By any chance, do you have any idea as to whether the dream lights on Cinderella Castle will be back at Christmas time? They looked so beautiful and magical and it really made it look like Elsa was decorating the castle with her ice powers!

    Hello there, Charlotte!  Welcome to planDisney!

    I fondly remember those beautiful Cinderella Castle Dream Lights!  The moment each night during the holiday season when Cinderella Castle was transformed into a glittering ice palace was simply breathtaking.

    Cinderella Castle itself has received a lovely glam-up for the 50th Anniversary Celebration, with the addition of swags and jeweled adornments.  Have you had the chance to see the beautiful projections on Cinderella Castle during the new Disney Enchantment nighttime spectacular?  It is truly amazing how Cinderella Castle morphs into different scenes during the show.  Also, be sure to check out the extra sprinkle of pixie dust nightly as Cinderella Castle and other park icons become Beacons of Magic.

    While we haven't yet heard about specific holiday offerings for 2022, I can tell you that I was able to experience the special holiday projections on Cinderella Castle during recent years' holiday seasons, and found them beautiful as well!  The holiday scenes rotated colors and patterns throughout the evening and made a lovely backdrop for holiday photos.  As much as I enjoyed the Dream Lights, I certainly did not enjoy views of Cinderella Castle marred by a large crane required to install and uninstall them for weeks before and after!  So for me, the holiday projections are a win-win -- beautiful views of Cinderella Castle both day and night!
