    Is there a cerain time, and place to meet Rapunzel? I would like to propose to my girlfriend with just a little help from her?

    Thank you for making a magical stop here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney days are the best days.

    You've got a dream that sounds magical. You can check in with the Cast Member at the Information Booth for the "Toon Finder" which is located near the end of Main Street, U.S.A. by the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. They can assist you with what Meet 'N' Greets are available that day and their locations. 

    The Disney Characters will most likely have a Cast Member with them. Unfortunately this a highly unlikely request, however, you never know what pixie dust might come your way.
    I also suggest you don't forget your "smolder" when you speak to Rapunzel's Cast Member.
