We are celebrating my twins' 3rd birthday in Disney World next year. They'll be 2 at check-in. We'd like to do either the Wishes Dessert Party or the Pirate & Pals Cruise the night of their actual birthday. Do the twins need tickets for those? Thanks!

    Hi Erin,
Thanks so much for coming to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. It is a policy at the Walt Disney World Resort that guests under the age of 3 do not need park or event tickets but ages 3-9 do need tickets. Your children will be 3 years old on their birthday and will therefore fall into the age 3-9 category and will need tickets to enjoy these experiences if you plan on participating on their birthday. However, you do not need to provide proof of age, as the Cast Members at the ticket window will take your word regarding the age of your children.

Hope your little ones enjoy their birthday party at the Walt Disney World Resort!!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
