    We are celebrating my son’s 5th b-day on Fantasy next Feb. Can I bring a gift and give it to the character to present to him? Want to make it extra special. Thanks.

    Hi Diana!
    Birthdays are always extra magical when celebrated on the high seas!  When you board the ship make sure you pick-up a birthday button from Guest Services so the crew and other Guests can join in on birthday wishes!  I've been fortunate enough to celebrate at sea, and it was definitely a birthday to remember!  I hope it will be the same for your birthday boy!  I'm not sure if you will be able to have a character hand deliver a gift to your son, but it doesn't hurt to ask once onboard at Guest Services.  I do recommend bringing along two items to have signed by your son's favorite characters such as a photo mat, a pillowcase, a Disney Vinylmation, a t-shirt, tote bag, etc....These items can be left at Guest Services at the beginning of your cruise and will be delivered to your stateroom by the end.  You will need to place the two items in a plastic bag labeled with your last name and stateroom number and include Sharpies or fabric markers.  I also include a sweet treat (Jolly Ranchers, Tootsie Rolls, Werthers...) as a thank you!  These items are wonderful keepsakes for years to come!
