    We will be celebrating my daughters 16th birthday at Disneyland. What things can we do to make it extra special? Is there anywhere in park I can order a cake ahead of time?

    Welcome to planDisney, Andrea! There is nothing better than celebrating a birthday at Disneyland Resort! It takes that magic factor to a whole new level. And it's her sweet sixteen! Oh boy! 3 chEARS to you mama for wanting to make her day that more magical! I cannot wait to help you get started on this planning journey!

    Andrea, the first thing you will want to do is stop by City Hall once you go through the gates of Disneyland Park, and pick up a "Happy Birthday!" button for her, and "I'm Celebrating!" buttons for you and whoever else is traveling with you! Cast Members notice the buttons while you are walking through the park, and may sprinkle some extra pixie dust on you that day! Next, make a breakfast reservation at Carnation Cafe. It was one of Walt's favorites (and mine!) and what is better than having a giant Mickey waffle for breakfast? To have a Mickey celebration cake at your meal, I suggest making a lunch or dinner reservation at Blue Bayou Restaurant. You will be able to sail the high seas on Pirates of the Caribbean right after!
