    Celebrating my Daughter's 8th Birthday at Disney World!!! Any ideas or Tips to help make her day extra special? Restaurants? Activities? Thanks!

    How exciting you will be celebrating your daughter's 8th birthday during your Walt DIsney World vacation, Tricia! I cannot think of a better destination for a birthday celebration than the "Happiest Place on Earth!" Be sure to pick up your daughter a complimentary birthday celebration button from Guest Relations at any theme park to wear on her special day. She will love all the birthday wishes she will receive on her special day! Consider booking a magical makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique where she will be transformed into a little princess by her very own Fairy Godmother-in-training! The charming salon is located in Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park and in the World of Disney Store in Downtown Disney Marketplace. Call (407) WDW-STYLE or (407) 939-7895 to book a reservation. Following her makeover, I would recommend a Character Dining Experience with the Disney Princesses at either Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom Park or Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot. Another special dining experience (non-Character) for your daughter's birthday celebration is the enchanting Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park. Be Our Guest Restaurant is a quick-service dining location at lunch and a table-service location at dinner. Guests may begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations for table-service restaurants 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here. You may also consider ordering a custom cake for your daughter's big day. Follow this link to learn more about customized creations that are available at Walt Disney World.
