Hello I will be celebrating my 50th birthday on Nov 17, 2022. I would like to get some tips on where to dine in a nice restaurant and dress up a little formal. We have group of 10 people. We will staying at Disney World Resort.

Hiya, Tina! I'm so excited to help you plan your milestone birthday celebration! I've got some ideas for you that I hope you're gonna love.

Walt Disney World has so many really wonderful restaurants, so you'll have quite a few to choose from. When you're browsing the list of available dining experiences, you're going to want to filter to those signature dining experiences

While none of them require "formal" attire, there are definitely some where you won't feel like you stand out if you get a little bit dressier. To start with, California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort is always a good option for something a little fancy. Located at the top of the resort, you'll have panoramic views of the entire resort area, and if you happen to time your meal just right, you'll be able to catch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom.

Another one of my favorites is Citricos, located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.  The restaurant is whimsically themed after Mary Poppins, but the resort and the restaurant both have an elegant atmosphere.

And speaking of elegant atmosphere, Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera, which is located at Disney's Riviera Resort, was inspired by European cliffside restaurants. The food here will transport you to either Italy or France, depending on your mood for the evening, and the service has been impeccable on each of my visits.

I hope that's a good starting point for your planning, Tina. If there's anything else I can help with, I do hope you'll come back to visit. And until November, have a very merry UN-birthday!
