Hey there, Cassandra, welcome to planDisney, and Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming bachelorette celebration! The
Disneyland Resort is such an awesome place to gather your besties for fun and magic to celebrate your happily ever after! My best friend did just that, it was so fun, I made matching shirts, we spent a night at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and we dined at
Lamplight Lounge in
Disney California Adventure Park, overlooking the water and soaking up all the magic.
At this time,
Magic Key pass sales are closed, which means existing pass holders cannot upgrade their passes. I'm sorry that we do not have an anticipated date for when they'll reopen to the public. However, the good news is that you can renew your pass no sooner than 30 days before the expiration date for any other pass in the program. A reminder that
there is no guarantee that the dates you seek will be available when you upgrade to a higher pass, and it depends on which pass you are moving up to based on the
availability calendar and your planned visit.
While you will have to wait 30 days before your pass expires to renew, you can begin making
dining reservations typically up to 60 days before your visit. You'll be arriving during
Halloween Time when the streets are lined with fall festivities and magically spooky decor! Remember to get your "Happily Ever After" button at City Hall on
Main Street, U.S.A., and your party members can get "I'm Celebrating" buttons to commemorate your trip! Did you also know that you can pre-order a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to select restaurants that you plan to dine with? We ordered one for my daughter's 18th celebration at
River Belle Terrace in
Disneyland Park and it was so delicious, and a sweet way to end a yummy meal.
We're so excited for your upcoming celebration, Cassandra, and wishing you nothing but magic as you embark on a new life journey! Thanks for stopping by, and feel free to
reach out again if you have any questions before your visit!
Love is in the air,
Camille
