I want to celebrate my grandsons birthday in downtown disney. He will be 2 in june. Wont be many children, maybe only one other...mostly adults. any suggestions?

Hello Annette!  Sounds like you are planning a magical time for your grandson.  Turning two is a BIG deal!  I have a few suggestions on how you can make his 2nd birthday practically perfect at the Downtown Disney Area.

My young sons are 3, and 4 years-old and they LOVE the restaurant T-REX.  At this unique dining location you can enjoy a meal in the company of  wooly mammoths, and even a 15 ft high T.Rex.   The food is amazing, and the scenery will keep your little grandson in awe from the moment you arrive.    T-REX will also allow you to bring a cake into the dining location to celebrate your big event.    After your meal let your little guy create a new stuffed friend at Build-A-Dino, this is very similar to the Build-A-Bear experience you can find at local shopping centers.   My sons have a few prehistoric friends that keep them company each night.   I think this would be a great way to celebrate a birthday with your young grandson.

I hope you have a terrific time celebrating with your little guy.  If you have any other questions while planning his Supercalifragilistic 2nd birthday, I would love to help you out.

    Have a Disney Day,

    ~Jen
