chEARs Marcia!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We just celebrated my twins' 5th birthday at Walt Disney World, so I am delighted to help you plan your daughter's celebration! Since we are lucky enough to live close to The Mouse, we give our kiddos the choice of a birthday party or a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. So far, the twins have picked the trip every.single.time!
First stop, Guest Relations for a Celebration Button! That way, everyone will know that your daughter is celebrating. I love watching the delight on my children's faces as Characters and passersby wish them a Happy Day! If your girl is a
Princess, what better place to spend her birthday than be pampered at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa recently opened a gorgeous salon, and there is one in
Disney Springs as well as Magic Kingdom Park, so plenty of options to do her makeover. I'm partial to
Magic Kingdom Park as it is steps away from
Cinderella's Royal Table. When my Princess and her Countess Cousin had their makeovers a few yEARs ago, we immediately followed it with a royal lunch. The girls were delighted when the "real" Princesses recognized their royal counterparts! Afterward, we visited
Merida's Court and enjoyed an audience with
Elena and Cinderella. The day was practically perfect in every way!
Now, if your daughter is more Jedi warrior than Princess, I would fly to the
Planet of Batuu. Y'all can fly the
Millennium Falcon, and then she can create her perfect companion at
Droid Depot! Make sure to stop by the marketplace where you will discover intergalactic artifacts and tantalizing treasures. When you are ready for a bite, both
Ronto Roasters, and
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo will absolutely delight the birthday girl!
Marcia, my fellow panelists and I wish your girl
a Very Happy Birthday!
