I want to celebrate my birthday at one of the parks, do I have to pay to enter a park or is it free when it is my birthday?

Hi Jolanda! Walt Disney World is a fantastic place to celebrate a birthday! A few years ago guests received free park admission on their birthdays as part of the "What Will You Celebrate?" promotion. However, that promotion concluded at the end of 2009, so I'm sorry to tell you that free admission on your birthday is no longer available. You can however request a free Birthday button at Guest Services. Wear that pin so everyone will know you're celebrating -- you'll be in awe of how many people wish you happy birthday, and you may find that you receive a free dessert in a restaurant or another special treat during your park visit!

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
