    On CC, are there enough chairs for everyone on the cruise to have one? I hate to be worrying already about whether my family of 8 will be able to find chairs and umbrellas while we are on the island. Also, same question on chair availability on Fantasy.

    I'm glad you stopped by with your question because there is no need to worry about anything on your upcoming Disney Fantasy cruise. The fabulous crew of Disney Cruise Line want to make sure your vacation is magical from start to finish so let them do the worrying for you! I think you will find plenty of chairs and umbrellas for your crew to use when the ship docks in Disney's island paradise, Castaway Cay! There are several spots to enjoy as a family either at the first tram stop Scuttle's Cove or second stop, Pelican Point. The chairs are usually set up in groups of four (two lounge chairs and two low sitting beach chairs) so just pick sets two side by side that have umbrellas. We have never had a problem finding any in our ten plus trips on the island. 
    On the ship, you may not get eight chairs in the front row of the pool area, but there are plenty of spots on Deck 11 and 12 to find a group of lounges together. The spots closest to the pool area do go first so the earlier the better if you want to be close.
