    Is casual dinning at ABC Commissary considered a Quick Service meal?

    Yes, dining at the ABC Commissary is a quick service meal, even as a "Casual Dining" dinner. The dinner has a number of nice improvements over the standard counter service, including the nicer dishware, the food delivered to your table, and the ability to get soda refills!

    A great little secret I discovered when trying to figure out what kind of Disney Dining Plan credit would be charged for any given meal is this;
    • Go to the web page of that restaurant
    • In the column to the right, where they show information about the restaurant, you will see the words "Some Dining Plans Accepted".
    • If you click on that a pop up window will show you what dining plan credits are required for different meals at that venue. They even break them out based on what kind of dining plan you are on, whether it is the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan, the standard Disney Dining Plan, or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan
    By the way, you can make a Dining reservation for this dinner, if you want.

    PERSONAL TIP: The Pot Roast is fantastic! It is a lovely meal for only a quick service dining credit.

    Have a Magical (and delicious) Vacation!
