    At Castaway Cay, are you allowed to bring ar personal umbrella or tent to use on the beach? Keeping my kids free of sunburn is my number 1 priority.

    You are in for an amazing day in paradise when your Disney Cruise ship docks in Castaway Cay! My crew loves splashing around in the crystal, blue water, building castles in the soft, silky sand and enjoying the amazing island views! Before we experience all the wonders of Disney's island oasis, we always lather up so we remain sunburn free! Since this is your number one priority as well, I'm happy to report that Disney provides plenty of shade on the beach with large sized umbrellas. We have arrived on the beach at different times of the day and have never had a problem finding an umbrella. I don't think you'll have a problem finding one either to keep your family shaded on the Castaway Family Beach. There is also lots of shade provided by the palm trees.
