Is there a CARS ride or activity at DisneyWorld? If so, where? Thanks, Susan

Hello, Susan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending over your Walt Disney World Resort question!

Cars is undoubtedly one of the most popular animated films with children of all ages (even those that are technically adults!) and with good reason. The cool characters remain particularly lovable film after film! There are currently a couple of Cars-themed attractions available at Walt Disney World Resort that you may enjoy. I would first recommend traveling over to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort if you would like to experience Radiator Springs firsthand! There is an entire section of this resort that puts you into the Cars universe and makes for some exciting photo opportunities. For younger Guests, I would recommend signing up for Pixar Play Zone at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. This evening event includes a variety of Pixar-inspired activities for children between the ages of four to twelve years. Guests attending this event will also receive dinner and dessert after all their fun, games, and Character encounters!

For future trips, I would suggest making a point to stop by Disney’s Hollywood Studios in order to experience Lightening McQueen’s Racing Academy which will be opening March 31st, 2019. This action-packed show will feature many fan favorites from the Cars franchise as they teach Guests just what it takes to be a champion racer!

I hope this has given you a few ideas for your current and future trips!
