Are there any rules/limitations on carrying backpacks on to rides. Trying to figure out what we need to bring in to the parks with us.

    Hi there Angie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  My husband always brings a standard size backpack into the theme parks filled with snacks, autograph books, pens, sunscreen, a camera, plus any other park touring essentials. He also brings the backpack onto all of the attractions with him. He either places the bag in the designated storage compartment (where available) or on the floor of the ride vehicle. On thrill attractions, he makes sure to secure the bag by placing one strap around his leg or by putting his leg on top of the backpack. We traditionally ride all of the thrill and water attractions and have never encountered any difficulty in bringing our backpack onto the attractions with us. Please know that Disney does prohibit backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. I hope this information is helpful! Please don't hesitate to write us back with any additional vacation planning questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Angie!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
