Walt Disney World Resort question. I’m sorry you are having an issue with your
dining reservation. I know you are looking forward to yummy meals soon. To make sure I give you every option, I spoke with a Disney Cast Member, Mallory Eve, who offered some advice. So, let’s see if we can sort this out!
Nicollette, be sure you are signed into your
My Disney Experience account so that your information, including country, will auto-populate in your dining reservation. As you move through the reservation process, confirm that your county is Bahamas and not defaulting to United States. When prompted to enter your phone number, it should automatically add the + and country code to your number. If it does not, be sure that the country is set to Bahamas and try again. You can also try not entering in the + and country code and see if the number will enter correctly. With this option, know that your reservation and confirmation will also be sent to the email address you provide.
Another option is to try making your reservation in the
My Disney Experience App. Sometimes the app is a little more user-friendly. Again, make sure you are signed into your account.
Finally, if you are not able to make dining reservations online, you can call in and allow a Reservations Specialist to assist you. The number is 407-560-CHAT (407-560-2428). If you are a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest, you should be able to make advanced dining reservations for up to 10 days after your check-in date so you only have to call once.
One more tip for you, Nicollette. Make sure to download the
My Disney Experience app. This app is like having your own personal guide to transportation options, navigating the parks, making
dining reservations and
ordering meals and snacks on the go. The My Disney Experience app also unlocks the magic of
Genie Service and
Disney PhotoPass Service, and so much more!
