    If we want to use the cards for admission to parks and rides, where do we get them?

    Hi Marlena! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so excited that you’re getting ready for a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    It sounds like you’re looking for your Key to the World card, a great option for park admission and entry to attractions when using Lightning Lane selections. Have you locked all those in yet? Resort guests can book them up to 7 days before arrival, or 3 days before if staying off-site! 

    Marlena, you can pick up your complimentary Key to the World card at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Just be sure to bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for your ticket purchase, if applicable. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you in getting your card set up for all your adventures!

    If you’re staying in the magic at a Disney Resort hotel, you can also stop by the front desk to request a card. And don’t forget, if you’d rather go digital, you can set up Disney MagicMobile on your smartphone via the My Disney Experience app! It works just like a card for park entry and more!
