    I have cards and want to add magic bands. how do do purchase them and how do I activate them.

    I am so happy that you stopped by today with this question. I will say that as a mom, MagicBands make my vacation so much easier. I already have my hands full, usually with a little one, so not having to pull out my wallet to tap into the parks or make a purchase is a lifesaver!

    You can purchase a MagicBand one of two ways:

    If you are staying in the Disney Resorts Collection, you are eligible for a special discounted MagicBand offer. Simply log into your My Disney Experience Account, go to your resort reservation and select "Choose MagicBands." These MagicBands will be automatically linked to your account.

    If you are not staying in the Disney Resorts Collection, you can purchase MagicBands directly through shopDisney. When your MagicBand arrives, it will have a code on the back. You can easily link your MagicBand to you in your My Disney Experience Account by entering the code. Susan, you should know that once you link your MagicBand, you will not be able to unlink it or reassign it to anyone else in your party.
