We have card tickets that were issued when DisneyWorld closed for Covid and we want to redeem them. The wait on the customer service number is 90 minutes plus, so I can't get answers there. How do I redeem these tickets to make reservations for March?

Hi Kathleen and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help and hopefully I can save you some time on the phone, so you don’t have to call the Walt Disney World Resort to resolve your theme park ticket snafu!

If your tickets have expired, or you can't find them on your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to get a credit for those unused Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, so please don’t worry! Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Make sure to include a picture of the front and back of your tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and just like magic, you can go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party.

The very next step is to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations and you will be good to go!

Kathleen, I hope this information is helpful. Thanks again for stopping by! Have a wonderful visit!
