Are car seats available should an emergency arise needing us to go off site, since our children will be flying down and not bringing the grandkid's seats them with them?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gregory. What a great question you are bringing us today!
Nobody expects an emergency to arise while on vacation; however, it is very sensible to be prepared in case one does happen, especially when traveling with young children

Let me introduce to you the Minnie Van Service. This super cute and relatively new Disney-operated taxi service works with the Lyft app, which you need to have downloaded on your phone. Once you open the app from your Walt Disney World Resort location, it'll prompt you to select where you are going. You can simply follow the steps just like you would on any other taxi app and since it is connected to your credit card, you do not even need to worry about having cash available.

Minnie Vans are roomy and can accommodate up to six guests. They also come equipped with two versatile car seats, at no additional cost. So, if it turns out that you need to go somewhere with your children, Minnie Vans are your best option.

I hope this information has been helpful, Gregory.

    Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
