If we have a car at a fort wilderness cabin, can we drive to boardwalk for breakfast and then go to Epcot - or would we need to move the car after breakfast? Planning for a trip in June 2021.

    Hi Grant,

Welcome to planDisney! Hearing about your upcoming trip is putting a smile on my face today. I think you're going to LOVE the variety of immersive experiences you're planning. Waking up surrounded by the great outdoors at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, swinging by Disney's BoardWalk for a delicious breakfast in an eastern seaboard setting, then traveling all around the world at EPCOT? Sure sounds like a magical day to me!

While you're enjoying your breakfast and taking in the gorgeous sights of Crescent Lake and the lovely Resort hotels that surround it, you'll be entitled to a few hours of complimentary parking at Disney's BoardWalk. Before heading to EPCOT, though, you'll need to move your vehicle to the EPCOT parking lot for the day, where your parking will also be free since you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel! I'm not sure what time your breakfast is, but do note that theme park parking lots are opening around an hour before the respective park opens for the day. Park hours haven't been released yet for June, but EPCOT is currently opening sometime late morning. If that pattern continues into the summer and you find yourself with a little bit of time between breakfast and EPCOT's scheduled opening, I'd suggest seeing if Disney Skyliner has begun running for the day. Soaring above Walt Disney World Resort on a festive and fun gondola would be a great way to spend some downtime, and there's a boarding station just a short stroll away from Disney's BoardWalk!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to us at planDisney, Grant, and please feel free to come back and see us again if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation this summer!
