    HI!! How does the car care center work? I want to rent a car the day after our arrival but I can´t find the site to make an online reservation. I don´t want to make any phone calls because I live abroad. Can you help me, please? Thanks!!

    Hi Karla,

    The cars at the Disney Car Care center are rented by the Alamo and National car rental agencies, not by Disney itself. You can reserve a car by going to their websites directly at alamo.com or nationalcar.com. They also have desks at the Dolphin hotel on WDW property. Depending on where you're staying one of these pickup spots might be more convenient than the other. Be sure to specify which you want when making your reservation.
