    My car got broken into and my drivers license and annual pass got stolen. We have reservations for Monday but I’m concerned about getting a replacement pass without my photo ID. Will anything else be accepted? I do not have a passport either....

    Oh dear, Jessica!  I'm so sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident.

    If you have an active MagicBand, you will be able to use that to access your Walt Disney World Annual Pass for admission. However, you will need to have your physical Annual Passholder card to present for benefits such as complimentary standard theme park parking and dining and merchandise discounts.

    I just spoke with a Cast Member at V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407) 939-7277 and explained your situation.  I was told that in order to obtain your replacement Annual Passholder card, you will need to present a government-issued photo ID.  You can stop by any Guest Relations location to obtain your Annual Passholder card.
