    Does Captain Cooks take reservations and is Tonga Toast also served at dinner? Also, using quick service plan can kids order Tonga Toast?

    Hi Amy!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.    Capt. Cook's is the Quick Service food location at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.   Advanced Dining Reservations are not need or taken at Quick Service spots, you can simply come in and order your meal.   My family often makes our way to this amazing dining spot for breakfast even if we stay a different Resort for one simple meal item;  Tonga Toast.   Tonga Toast is only served for breakfast and it is one of my favorite foods at Disney.    On a trip a few weeks ago we enjoyed breakfast at Capt. Cook's while on the Disney Dining Plan.   My 5 year-old son was able to order the Tonga Toast as his meal.   The great thing about Quick Service locations when using the Disney Dining Plan is that they don't distinguish between child and adult meals.   My children were all able to order adult meals at Quick Service spots throughout Walt Disney World.   Isn't that great?   So yes a child can order the Tonga Toast at Capt. Cook's.
