Hi Mckenzie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking your friend's tickets to
My Disney Experience, but I'm happy to help you get their tickets linked because it's an important part of planning your vacation!
It sounds like you've already added your friend to your
Friends & Family List, but if you haven't, that's the first thing you need to do. My fellow panelist
Ariane has some awesome instructions to link to your friends to your account if you need help.
Once your friend is in your Friends & Family List, you can link your friend's ticket by typing in the ticket's 12-digit ID number using the
My Disney Experience linking tool or the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can also link their tickets by scanning them using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Simply access the menu in the app by selecting the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the app, then select "Link to Account" and "Link Tickets or Passes." Then you either enter the ticket's code or select "Scan Code" to use your scan your ticket's code. This is a great option if you're having trouble typing the ticket code. If you still can't get your friend's ticket linked, then I recommend calling (407) 939-4357 for additional assistance.
Mckenzie, keep in mind that you and your friend will both need
theme park reservations, in addition to your
theme park tickets, to visit the parks on each day of your trip. So once your friend's ticket is linked, be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible since
theme park reservation availability is limited!
Let us know if you have any additional questions we can help you with as your trip approaches. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
