Hi, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for stopping by with your question. Previously, Guests who have booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package directly with Walt Disney World Resort were able to sign-on to their My Disney Experience account and make payments up until their balance due date. It has definitely been noticed this past week or so that the payment area has disappeared.
I called the Disney Reservation Center this past weekend and spoke with a wonderful Cast Member about the whereabouts of this payment area. She informed me that there is a known issue with the payment link and it is being addressed. If you do need to make a payment, please
call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations number and a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you.
