    I can't seem to find my balance due on MyDisneyExperience. Can you tell me where to locate this information?

    If you are having trouble seeing your balance on your My Disney Experience account, I recommend giving a call to speak to a friendly Cast Member at 1(407)W-DISNEY and they will be happy to assist you with your balance and with any payments that you would like to make!
