    I can't seem to change the names when buying the magic bands. There are 2 of my family members listed with the same name. How can I change this so I. can submit the order

    I am sorry to hEAR about your conundrum, it sounds like your Walt Disney World Resort reservation has duplicated two names and you definitely want to have this corrected before ordering your MagicBands. I suggest, immediately calling (407) 939-1936 and speaking to a Cast Member about updating your Guests’ names on your Walt Disney World Resort reservation. Or, through your My Disney Experience app, use the Chat With Us feature. This is easily found by selecting the MENU button in the lower right-hand corner and then scrolling down to Chat With Us. Type in your inquiry and a Cast Member will be with you shortly to assist.
