I can't make the reservation and I already bought the tickets

    Heigh-Ho Norman,

I am sorry to hEAR the unmagical news you are unable to visit The Most Magical Place On Earth. Schedules change and commitments arise but Hakuna Matata, Walt Disney World will always be ready to Welcome You Home.

Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable, however, any unused tickets can be used towards a future visit. Keep your ticket information in a safe place and/or linked to your My Disney Experience profile. And when the time comes to plan your next visit, simply schedule your Disney Park Pass reservation and if there is a cost difference in ticketing prices follow the prompts to pay the difference and continue with completing your reservation.

We here at planDisney are ready to assist with any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries you may have and in the meantime have a Jolly Holly Holiday and a Happy New Year.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
