    I can’t see my reservation

    Hello, Eli, and welcome to planDisney!

    You'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort in just over a week. Wow! I'm sorry that you've been having some trouble locating your reservation. I'll be happy to help you with this today!

    The My Plans section of My Disney Experience will have your hotel and dining reservations, along with current theme park tickets and theme park reservations. To access the My Plans page, sign in to your account on or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone.

    Occasionally, theme park tickets do not automagically appear on My Disney Experience. To verify that your park tickets are linked, visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page. Once you have your tickets linked, make sure you have a theme park reservation booked through the Disney Park Pass system.

    To enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and older need a theme park reservation and valid theme park admission. There is a "Know Before You Go" video on with instructions on how to make a park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. 

    If you're still having trouble locating your reservation, you can contact the Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. Call (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member or send an email to
